Handcrafted & locally grown

Our experience has helped us develop a pretty rock-solid understanding of what it takes to bring a client’s vision to reality and deliver real-world business results.

Whether you need a completely new site or just looking for an upgrade or remix on what you already have, our mission is to provide you with something that will stand the test of time.

Our Secret to a Successful Web Project

Have a rock solid process

We’ve got a battle tested, four step web development process that consistently delivers results.

Design, code, test, repeat

We develop out in the open and in quick cycles that make it easy for our clients to see the progress.

Focus on the user

Knowing you should focus on your users, and knowing how to do are different. We can help with both.

Be in it for the long haul

We can’t promise this will be the last time you redesign your website, but we can build it to last longer.

Remain flexible

Priorities and timelines shift. It’s an inevitable part of business. We stay flexible to mitigate risk.

Communicate & Collaborate

Our entire process is built on the idea that open collaboration delivers the best results.

Attention to detail

There’s a 1000 little things that go into building a website. Getting them right can have a big impact on your projects success.

Use the best tools

We’ve been in the game a long time, and seen a lot of tools come and go. We’re selective about what we work with.

We were able to count on Simplicate to deliver on our expectations and produce a superior product.

Simplicate conducted a comprehensive audit of all our digital properties. They identified our needs, listened to our wants, and developed a coherent strategy that addressed all of our issues and satisfied our requirements; all while never losing focus of the end user experience.

The ease of communication is something we particularly appreciated. The team often fully understands the requirements immediately after the first communication, will problem solve on the fly, and provide expert guidance.

There’s so much more to building a successful website than making sure it looks good and isn’t broken.

We bring a wide range of skills to the table to support your project.

What’s your development process look like?

We like to start each project off by working with you to answer a number of questions about the underlying reason that you’re looking to build a new website. From there, we’ll move on to functional wireframes and design, followed by database development and programming, then content loading, reviews, user-testing, revisions, and finally the site launch.

How do you handle revisions and maintenance?

We offer our clients a variety of monthly maintenance & support packages. All of our plans include:

  • Monthly CMS& 3rd-party plugins security patches & updates
  • Weekly off-site backups (website & database)
  • Uptime monitoring & alerts via email
  • Website load speed & performance monitoring
  • Annual site audit & form re-testing

Plans have a flexible number of dedicated support hours each month that you can use to help make sure your site stays current with the shifting priorities and requirements of your organization.

Do you offer a warranty on websites you build?

We sure do and it’s real simple: If anything breaks on your site, at any time within 12 months after launch, it will be fixed without any charge. Minor content updates and revisions to the site (design, layout and functionality) within 30 days after launch and completion of the project are also covered free of charge.

We’re proud of what we do and want to make sure that your end product enhances your business and makes life easier.

How do you handle hosting?

We feel strongly that clients should be in control over their own hosting. We’re happy to help setup your hosting and will gladly be your point of contact for dealing with any issues, but our preferred method keeps you firmly in control of your business assets.
